Q: How can I re-download a Someka template?

You can download your template again from the link provided in the email. If you somehow deleted or lost that email, just contact us with your purchase information and we will send you the template again. As a suggestion: when you download our templates, keep the original ZIP file aside and work on the extracted file. Also, keeping versions of your Excel workbook or Google Sheets files is a good practice.

How can I re-download a Someka template?

You can see all your downloads on your account page under the Download tab on the left-side menu. So, feel free to reload them from your Downloads list.

And, if you have difficulty reaching your account or downloads, no problem, just email us at contact@someka.net and our team will send you a fresh file.
