How does the Someka Account System work?
We have activated Someka Account System for our users to reach their downloads in a single place. When you download a free or paid template from our website, your account will be automatically created. You’ll also receive an email from about your Someka account, which includes a link for you to set a new password.
What can I do on my account?
You can monitor all your activities on Someka from your account page:
- You can monitor your orders and view your order details
- You can see all your templates and download a fresh file if you need.
- You can manage your account details, including changing your name or password.
Is there any fee for my account?
Noops! Your account is created free of charge. You’ll only pay for the paid templates you purchase from our website. The Someka account system does not carry any monthly or one-time payment.
Can I re-download my files?
Yes, sure. Go to Downloads from the left-side menu on your account page. You’ll see all your downloaded files there, both free and paid ones. So just click on any of them to redownload your file.
How can I change my password?
On your account page, go to Account Details to change your password. You can also use the reset link on the account welcome email to set a new password. If you have still difficulty, just contact us.
I forgot my account details? What can I do?
If you’re a recurring customer, then you should login your account to download a new file. If you do not remember your password, just click on the “Lost your password?” link and write your email address. Then we’ll send a quick email for you to reset your password.
How can I see my subscription details?
If you’re a paid subscriber, you’ll see a subscription tab on the left-side menu of your account page. Here you can check all you subscription info, including starting date, remaining credits, next update, and much more.
I can’t see my old files?
Our account system is activated on October 2023. So, you’ll only find your files downloaded from that date. To reach older files, please feel free to reach us.
