This Excel template is divided into four main sections:
Dashboard will give you clear and very useful insights into what is the overall situation with recruitment in the company. Here you can see the number of candidates from the first consideration until hiring, the hiring costs, the active job openings, the percentage of the source distribution of the candidates, and the monthly distribution of job applications.
In order to make everything as user-friendly and efficient as possible, there are some filters for custom reporting. You can display stats based on your monthly selections, based on months & years, years only, job IDs, or based on recruiters. You can also apply multiple or all filters at once, and the charts will update accordingly in real-time.
The Vacancies section is where you can add job openings with all necessary details. Recruitment Tracker Template supports up to 200 job vacancies which are dynamically connected to the rest of the template.
On this page, you can write the opening date, the new hire start date, the status of vacancy, etc. Here it is very important to input dates and costs for the dashboard to give you accurate stats.
After configuring the vacancies, you can then add all job applications to the Candidates tracker page. You can select the position applied for, and you can enter all other details.
Besides the information of the stage where the candidate is in, there are 3 more decisions for HR View, Hiring Manager View and Decision Maker View to update the final decisions. However, it is totally up to you. Just open the grouping for manager views (First “+” sign) if only you would like to also see what their decision is. Their decision will not be displayed on the dashboard.
**We also added panel decisions in case more than 1 person is involved in the hiring process. You can also keep notes on each step and phase the candidates are in.
The final section of the template is the Settings. This will make the user experience even better, as you can adjust things based on your needs. You can change/add/remove the departments, application sources, hiring stages, decision options, vacancy details in a way that suits you the best.
