How to use Paystub Excel Template?
Firstly, this tool includes three main parts in addition to a menu section.

On the menu, you have a few settings to start. Then, you’ll list your employee info. Then you can start calculating paystubs. Lastly, a printable form will provide you a ready paystub sheet.
1. Menu
Basically, this section has navigation buttons and settings for your paystub excel template.
As this template will provide you a dynamic 12-month payroll period, please select the Start Year and Start Month.

Also, you can edit Status options for the salary payments.
2. Employee List
Secondly, add your employee list with relevant information, such as Name, Business Unit, Department, Job Title and optionally address and start dates.

Thus, this list will be used in the payroll calculation tab.
3. Paystub Calculator
This is the main sheet of your paystub excel template.
Firstly, start with giving a unique number to your paystub. You’ll use this number in the printable form.
Then select the employee name from the drop-down menu. Also, other information will display automatically.
Thirdly, select your Paystub period. This is a list of month-year periods.
Now it’s time to calculate employee salaries. Add all Earnings to the green area and all Deductions to the red area.

So, the net Salary will be calculated for your reference.
Also, you’ll be able to track payment status on this main dashboard:

Feel free to change status options from the Settings menu.
Additionally, the slicers avobe your list will help you filter your list accoring to paystub period, business unit, department and/or job title.
4. Employee Paystub Form
Lastly, you have a printable paycheck sheet for your calculations. Once you select the paystub number from the dropdown menu, all the related information will display.

Additionally, you can edit your pay stub form updating your company name, address, etc. Also, you can have signatures on the form to manage your pay cheque operations.
