Scheduling is the backbone of the planning process and should be carefully organized to achieve your goals. We offer you a great automatic schedule maker for self-organization! Instead of making a schedule planner from scratch, this tool will automatically prepare an Automatic Schedule Planner in Calendar View.

This tool will provide flexibility to schedule your time, set your plans, and all in Excel! It cover years 2018 to 2025.

Automatic Schedule Planner Features:

The template is constructed two main parts:Automatic-Schedule-Planner-S00-1-FlowIt’s very simple and practical to prepare, IN JUST 2 STEPS:

  • STEP 1: Select dates
  • STEP 2: Enter your jobs/to-dos in Jobs View

Jobs View:

In Jobs View, enter the plans you have and select Day, Month and Year from the drop-down. Once you do that it will show up on the Calendar View accordingly. Besides that, if the date falls on weekend, you can see a warning message next to job.

Calendar View:

At the very top of the page, after you select the months and the year you would like to see, just select from drop-down. So all the jobs you input the related months, will show up in this section of Automatic Schedule Maker.

**Please do not make any manual input here since automatic calculations set up for each cell.

1. You Save Money: It’s really cheap compared to the other schedule planner tools.

2. You Save Time: Enter the jobs in a list view and these jobs to be automatically transferred to the calendar view. All in Excel!

3. It is Practical and User-Friendly: This is a fully Printable Calendar Template and supports years until (including) 2025. Another very handy feature is: Calendar View adjusts itself according to the days’ distribution. So, Monday, Tuesday or Sunday always stays in the same place.

    Good Day,

I just purchased the Automatic Schedule Planner and see only 5 slots per date, how can that be expanded to more items for any given day? We would need like 25 cells per day at least. Can you control how it is listed within the day?

    Thank you,

    • Someka

      Hi Darae,

First of all, thanks a lot for your interest!

While our development team created this Automatic Schedule Planner template, we left five lines specifically for each day to keep the calendar view intact.

So, of course, you can add new lines to the calendar, but its view will not be as useful as it is right now. Besides that, it will not look like a calendar. If you still want to extend it, you need some adjustments on the dashboard section first and add new lines to the calendar.

      Hope that helps!

Before purchasing it would be great to see the template. Luckily, it is good enough but doesn’t have a trial version.

  4. erica porter

very nice! I am able to print and filter my data list on the events view section.

  5. harvey BECK

Flexible customization but I don’t understand why the sheet is locked and needs password at first

    • Someka

Thanks for the feedback Harvey! We password protect some sections in our templates in order to prevent accidental changes users can make, like overwriting a formula or deleting a calculation column. But you can easily unlock your sheet! How can I unlock the sheets? What is the password?

  6. Stephen Clegg

Great tool, easy to use and saves a lot of time.

  7. Matt Smith
